This is a simple but delicious breakfast meal idea that includes all the best things about breakfast: hash browns, eggs, peppers, bacon, and cheese.

Bake frozen hash brown patties per instructions on your bag/box.

Cook bacon per instructions on the bag.
3.
Beat eggs together in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

Chop cooked bacon.
5.
Add a tablespoon of oil to a hot pan/skillet (I usually use avocado or olive) and add diced poblano peppers, roast them for 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped bacon to the pan with the peppers.
7.
Add egg mixture to pan--cook and scramble.
8.
Add 3 ounces of shredded cheese.
9.
Add baked hash brown patties--you can either chop them up beforehand or put them in as patties and mash them up in the skillet.

Once everything is cooked, you can add the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
